The mezzanine holds one sleeping area above the living room, and there is a second isolated bedroom with its own bathroom — two bathrooms in total. Downstairs, the living room has a sofa, a dining table and a kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and kitchenware. The private balcony looks out over the city rather than the yard.
